The contest period begins on Friday, May 17th, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and will close on August 31st, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
This contest is open to all residents of Canada and the continental United States who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory or state of residence at the contest opening date. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received during the contest period. To be declared a winner, the selected contestant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. The winner shall sign a release agreeing that their name, image and/or voice may be used for advertising purposes related to the contest free of charge and releasing True Temper Sports from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participating in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance and use of this prize.
This prize has a retail value of $3,000 Canadian. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited. Refusal to accept the prize releases True Temper Sports from any obligation toward the winner.
All personal information, such as name and contact information, is collected by True Temper Sports solely for the purpose of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes.
If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address from the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. True Temper Sports is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. True Temper Sports reserves the right to amend the contest rules or to terminate the contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments will be posted on the True Temper Sports website.
